About Heidi

Heidi Graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in June 2008, with a 2:1, BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Therapy. Following her graduation she worked at the Tiverton Rugby Club in Devon, assisting with pre and post match sports massage, on pitch first aid and rehabilitation. She also attended the teams training sessions, where she provided treatment and injury rehabilitation.
Heidi Moved to Portsmouth in November 2008 and since then has been busy dealing with a variety of injuries in the Up & Running clinic.

Heidi is currently developing an Up and Running, Portable Injury Clinic. Which has been in attendance at a variety of sports events this year.

Heidi currently plays Hockey for The City of Portsmouth and trains weekly in kickboxing. She competed at County level in Cross Country running and Athletics and competed for 5 years at National level in Tetrathlon. Heidi Skis annually and loves the adrenaline skiing brings! As part of her gap year Heidi did a ski season in Les Arcs, a resort in the French Alps.

Heidi loves playing and being apart of sport. She understands the frustration which injuries bring. That's why Heidi believes that no one should be made to suffer with injury, no matter how small. She believes that everyone should be entitled to treatment, regardless of their age and sporting ability.

Heidi provides a portable, "Up and Running Sports injury clinic" and is available for a variety of events.
