

BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy. (MSST)
James Graduated from the University of Chichester with a 2:1, BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Therapy. James has experience in both a clinical and pitch side setting; Including the Up and Running Sports Injury Clinic and the various sports teams at Portsmouth Grammar School. James provides pre and post match treatment for the sports teams, pitch side first aid and also attends training sessions where he provides treatment and injury rehabilitation.
James has also provided cover at various national tournaments for the RFU and the Independent Schools Barbarian's trials with the portable "Up and Running Sports injury clinic" which attends sporting events throughout the year.
James loves to be involved in sport, whether as a participant or a spectator. James enjoys playing a variety of sports including football and golf and he also snowboards annually. It is James' love of sport that has led him to understand the frustrations that come with injuries and believes that everyone has the right to receive appropriate treatment to get them back to where they want to be in the shortest possible time, regardless of age and ability.
James believes his knowledge and experience in various settings gives him a strong foundation to deliver successful treatment and rehabilitation for sports, occupational and postural injuries.
